Originally, this was going to be called the Ecotourism Wiki. But the idea of sustainable vacationing and travel should encompass a broader set of activities than going to an eco resort. For example, what about vacationing at home (article) and thereby saving the expense and energy use of a typical vacation while getting to know your home town better; or how about a project-based vacation with Habitat For Humanity or a similar group? So, we have an Ecotourism Wiki, but we also have wikies on other topics related to sustainable vacations.
